Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Cancellation of Online Counseling Sessions: Refunds: a. Refunds for canceled sessions are subject to the following conditions: b. If the client cancels a session with at least 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be provided. c. If the client cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% refund will be provided. d. If the counselor cancels a session for any reason, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation: a. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. b. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. c. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated through the specified channels (e.g., email or online platform). Rescheduling: a. Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to counselor availability. b. The counselor reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests based on their schedule and availability. Refund Process: a. All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or message) to the designated contact. b. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the refund request. Exceptions: a. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the counselor. By engaging in counseling sessions, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellation policies. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the counseling service provider.
